My classes are a combination of restorative, yin, and gentle flow styles of yoga, and cater to a wide variety of needs.
My course, Yoga for Peace, has been used throughout the world. I have taught it in Austria and Costa Rica, and given workshops on it in India and Spain. I would be happy to work with your university’s peace, conflict transformation, development, international relations, or sports programs, to develop an appropriate program.
